relay

Now that the boss-man is behaving like a human being, the baton has been passed to another Executive. It never ends! At a meeting yesterday morning, I was shot down, and decimated over a 90 minute period. It was bad enough that condolences were offered by other team members.

This was a public re-enactment of a one on one meeting on Friday - a lovely send off for Thanksgiving weekend...

Once again the thought of going to work makes my stomach roll. I sleep with clenched jaws and feel permanently on the verge of tears. Nightly dreams of being fired due to incompetence invade my sleep. Considered going to HR about stress leave yesterday. Feels weak to consider it, but I can barely manage through this. The atmosphere is heavy, oppressive and thick with anxiety.

My team will be in soon. Need to breathe, shake loose my jaw and try to make sure their days are not as grey as mine...

My God, there must be a better way. How's the job market up there? I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Are the kids doing OK with school this year?

I am so sorry too.. I truly understand.. i actually worked for a dentist once who told me he hated me..

or he said he hates the look on my face..

and more of that sort of thing..

thankfully, he fired me when i wanted ,.. and intended to take the day off for my moms second cancer surgery...
after throwing everything from on his desk at me or sweeping it onto the floor

sigh.. jackass..

i hope things get better for you..

it is dreadful to feel that you have been sentenced to your job :)
hugs
